British weather has a habit of not letting you a plan an outfit due to its unpredictability.

In the space of shooting this look it had been rainy, sunny, cloudy and then turn ridiculously windy. With this outfit I wanted to be able to combat a couple of these conditions without having to change.
The base of my outfit sees me choose a simple light-wash pair of skinny jeans from BoohooMAN. Boohoo’s male offering is pretty strong at the minute and their denim fits really well. I then wore an extended white longsleeve from streetwear brand Abandon Ship. It's part of their essential range, and it has that added extra detail of being extended fit, allowing those who like to wear simple garments, a statement.
My absolute favourite piece from this outfit post is this beige overcoat from Ventuno 21. It is only when the weather turned cold that I realised I did not own a winter coat. This wool coat is something
I’ve been looking for and this time I’ve worked it into a quite casual outfit, but it can easily be dressed up or down. Although it is quite light, it does a great job of keeping me warm.
Carrying on the laid back theme to this look I opted for trainers. Since it’s now Winter, rather than wearing a pair of roshes or a trainer of similar material, these Reebok Classics have a leather upper meaning they’ll keep my feet dry even if it decides to rain.
Have you got something in your wardrobe that you can wear in both casual and smarter outfits?
Is it possible that perhaps as a community we've lost our way a little? Algorithm tips, reminding people to turn on post notifications and guides to getting a bigger following all sounds like a rat race to me. It's time for a different perspective.
