I’ve been on the road a lot recently and so I’ve become more familiar with the contents I zip up for my travels. I want to give you a rundown of what goes in my wash bag and travel case.
Sometimes it's important to make time to take a step away from the fast lane of blogging. Well, on this day, I did exactly that. No motive, no places to be, just a day out with friends and away from work deadlines.
September is pretty much over and what a busy one it’s been. A trip to Leeds, visits to London for meetings and a website relaunch has seen me rack up my train miles and screen time.
At times I feel that blogging is sometimes a one-way conversation where there are elements of my work I don’t share.
This post has been a long time coming! As you can see, things look very different around here! It’s been three years since I started the blog and now I feel it’s the right time for an update.
I like print, in fact I'd go as far to say as I love print. I like the freedom and flexibility of magazine layouts, its tactility and its book-like appearance.

The desk is where I spend most of my time. How much of that time I spend productively is questionable, but nonetheless I’m at it by 9am most mornings.

When I think back to my earliest memories, most of my younger years were spent wearing glasses. I had quite poor sight while growing up, with one pair causing people to make references to Harry Potter.
